Privacy Policy

Short version: this website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, has no ads, and embeds no third-party content. For visitors, the only personal data processed is what every web server needs to deliver a page.

Visitors: server logs

Our web server automatically records IP address, date and time, requested page, HTTP status, referrer and user-agent. We use this only to operate and secure the site. Logs are rotated daily and deleted automatically after about 14 days.

Hosting

The site is hosted on a virtual server provided by Hostinger in a data center in Frankfurt, Germany (EU).

Cookies, analytics, fonts

None. No cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or externally loaded fonts or scripts.

People we track: public posts

For the KOL Scorecard we process information that public accounts have published on X: handle, display name, public profile data (such as follower count), the text, time and link of public posts containing calls, and screenshots of those posts. We process this to document and assess publicly made market calls, which we consider a legitimate interest in public-interest commentary and accountability (for visitors or subjects in the EU/EEA: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; journalistic and commentary exemptions may also apply). Records are kept as long as the scorecard is published. If you're a tracked account, you can request access, dispute records or object via X. See right of reply.
